Pinky Soymilk & Kimuchi Nabe

Easy, helthy, hot and very tasty Nabe.
Mix Soymilk and Japanese fish soup stock (may be 1:1) and put a lot of Kimuchi.
Then you put what ever you like then boil all together. We japanese eat Nabe often in winter time. Nabe means "pot", but also can be a name of a dish like this. (very famous japanese dish "shabu shabu" is also a kind of Nabe.)
Chinese cabbage, spinach, mashroom, prok, sea shell, green onion, tofu, anything you like. Posted by Picasa
