What's this??? This is how I cook sometimes. After boil the pan sometimes, turn off the gas and cover the hot pan with newspaper and thick warm branket and make it have a seat on a cushion. Then next morning, when I open it, it's ready to eat. Energy-saving way of cooking. :-) Try this, when you cook Adobo there. Posted by Picasa
