This was sent to our boss from his mother. This is rural food in Japan. I hadn't eaten this before untill this time. Taste was.... Ok. If I can completely forget that this is grasshoppers, I probably say "taste good!"
Just eat! it's already cooked very well mainly with soy source and sugar.Probably go very well with the "German Dry". hehe. Actually it's not exactly beer but sparkling alcohol tastes very similar to beer. Since the tax is cheaper than beer, it's getting popular in Japan now. The difference between Beer and the sparkling alcohol is the amount of malt that is used for the production. By the way the "German Dry" is really imported from Garmany. But only produced for import to Japan. :-)
