Kiji Nabe (Pheasant Nabe)


This is Nabe.
The soup is made of Fish soup as the base, Soysaurce, Sweet alcohol (Mirin), Sake, little Salt and Kimchi. Also we put ginger coz the bird's meat was a bit smelly.
And veges like chinese cabbage, carrot, green onion, Tofu and Kiji (Pheasant). Mashroom is also good to put.

    Thanks for your comment. ya, it was yammy. The bird tasted like less oily chiken although I prefer oily part of meat. we (actually we were only 3) ate it up. I got to be soooo full.
