Wait for more than a year


The bottle on the left is Plum with Mirin (Japanese sweet alcohol)
The middle is Plum with sugar and white liqueur
The right is Plum with sugar and vinegar. (Plum Syrup)
I have to wait at least one year. It will be better if its older. Posted by Picasa

    hehehe, have you tasted Umeboshi? the very Japanese pickled plum.
    That's what we make our mouth very watery when we even just talk about it. that's super sour and salty too, but all of us like it. I was going to pickle it this year, but didn't have time for it. Hope to do next year.
