Yes!!! my first Karekare in Japan!

And.... Karekare!
I cooked it with Knorr Karekare mix that Lany brought me when she came to Japan.
For all of my friends this was the first experience to taste it.
The real one is cooked with ox tail, but since its not available in super market around here, I used chicken instead.
Everyone like it.
Next time I will cook Mongo Soup with the mongo beans brought by Jun.
Also late comer brought two dishes, Pasta with basil and garlic and beans noodle salad with chinese sauce. :-)~
