How to cook???

1. Put sesami oil and heat the pan up. (If there is no Sesami oil, you can use other vege oil. But definitely better with Sesami oil.)
2. Put cut greens and Age and fry it.
3. Put a little water (1/4cup is enough) and Dashi powder.
4. Put soysauce and Mirin (Sweet alcohol) and cook untill it gets like the pix above. (or little more)
If you like sweet taste, you put more Mirin. If you don't like sweet much then put less Mirin. Posted by Picasa
